Through an integrated and dynamic approach, learn how specific elements of presence are key to developing your professional edge. By combining your outer presence (actions, timing and networking skills – especially important for the shy and introverted) and your inner presence (intention, strengths, accountability and motivation), you will discover your own personal template for developing your professional edge.

In this program you will:

  • Define presence for your role / profession / industry.
  • Learn the importance of your actions in the workplace, at events, and when networking.
  • Identify your professional edge qualities.
  • Determine how motivation and accountability can be used to grown your network and business.

This program is for professionals at all levels within an organization, as well as solopreneurs or entrepreneurs, who wish to enhance their professional presence. You will be offered a way to awaken your idea Professional Edge and learn why this is important for your leadership style, your relationships and your success.


Facilitator:

Christine Paquette, President of Bridge Dynamics, specializes in working with individuals, groups and companies through her Develop Your Ideal Presence© Program. Within this integrated approach, she trains clients in identifying the specific elements of Presence that are key for their roles and relationships within their organization and industry. Christine is a dynamic, inspiring, heart-centered professional with over 25 years experience as a successful business leader, entrepreneur, facilitator and coach. She has expertise in several sectors including public, private, commercial construction, environmental and not-for-profit. Christine is passionate about supporting individuals in attaining their goals and success, and volunteers as a mentor with Futurpreneur Canada.
