Gossip is a common complaint in many workplaces and is the source of much workplace stress, tension and anxiety.

It is also a major symptom of larger unhealthy dynamics in teams as gossip can quickly escalate conflict, divide a group and destroy trust.

This half day workshops will outline the role and impact that gossip plays in the workplace and explore what you can do to effectively manage the chatter.
