QNET COVID-19 Protocols

For in person workshops in the QNET Training Room

Last updated September 22, 2020

QNET staff and facilitators are committed to providing quality programming while keeping your health and safety our top priority.

All participants, facilitators and staff must self-screen the day prior to the workshop, and withdraw their participation from in person training if required based on the screening questions.

Hand sanitizer is provided and required to be used whenever entering the QNET office / training room, including after breaks or visits to the restroom.

Participants are required to wear masks in the QNET office and training room, unless they are seated and physically distanced in the training room. Mask wearing is also recommended in the building, including the elevators, restrooms and corridors.

New in person class size limits allow each participant to have their own table, and tables are separated in the training room so that participants are seated 6 feet apart. Cabinets, chairs and other items have been relocated or removed to allow for added spacing.

Participants are reminded to practice physical distancing at the event. There may be short instances when distancing is not possible as people circulate. Masks are required at these times, when participants are not seated, physically distanced.

Air circulation in the training room has been improved with the assistance of our building maintenance team.

In an effort to minimize contact between participants, there will be no self-serve beverages or buffet food service. If food and beverages are provided, details will be outlined in the event confirmation prior to the session.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support as we work together to navigate these challenging times.
