Michelle Ray is a Hall of Fame business keynote speaker and sought-after international leadership expert, as well as an entrepreneur, author, educator, and respected thought leader.

As a business leader, Michelle achieved outstanding results for 25 leading Australian radio and television affiliate stations, and generated record-breaking revenues for the sales team of the world’s largest cinema advertising contractor. She broadened her leadership experience during her tenure with Junior Achievement, where she secured critical support from organizations and helped educate future generations with enduring partnerships between youth, entrepreneurs and educators.

Michelle has taught leadership to some of the world’s most recognizable brands, advocating the importance of developing leadership and accountability skills, regardless of one’s title. She is committed to helping create engaged workplaces, develop exceptional leaders and implement practical strategies to revitalize organization and team cultures.

Having addressed thousands of audiences across five continents, her combination of wit, practical content, and an interactive style resonates with a diverse clientele seeking to inspire, educate and captivate the imagination of leaders and teams.

Michelle is the author of two books: Leading in Real Time: How to Drive Success in a Radically Changing Worldand Lead Yourself First! Indispensable Lessons in Business and In Life.
