Change and Continuous Learning

Change and Continuous Learning impacts your ability to achieve or adjust goals and behaviours when expected or unexpected change occurs. 

It incorporates continuous learning strategies promote change readiness – a flexible, learning mindset critical for 21st century learning. Continuous learning requires understanding new approaches to workplace learning, including online and AI applications.

Change and Continuous Learning is one of eight Relational Skills that together equip employees to work well together and do so in a way that builds trust, creates a respectful workplace, supports inclusion, and helps employees manage effectively in an ever-changing, increasingly digital and global world.

Designed for leaders, managers, human resources, trainers, and other professionals, the entire Relational Skills program* helps organizations address:

The concept of connection as currency fuels Jaime’s practice, and as a Workplace Education Manitoba certified Skills for Success Workplace Practitioner ©  and Relational Skills Trainer ©, she is passionate about helping organizations and teams thrive in our ever-changing world of work.

Jaime is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Canadian Positive Psychology Association (CPPA), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Master Certified Civility Trainer, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree of Professional Studies (MPS) in the Psychology of Leadership at Penn State University.

Jaime Mann is committed to growth and transformation – within herself, her companies and her community. By teaching skills tied to the power of social intelligence and civility to improve team collaboration, employee engagement and productivity, Jaime’s clients have experienced the measurable impact of leadership as a mindset, and that each one of us has the power to influence and positively impact those we interact with.

Course Credits

  • An optional course (7 credit hours) in the 70 credit hour QNET Certificate in Management Development (CMD)
  • Eligible for credit in the CAM:OE (Certificate in Applied Management: Organizational Effectiveness) in partnership with the University of Manitoba, Continuing Education
