Email…Think Before You Hit Send

Have you ever sent an email expecting a quick response, only to be met with silence? The uncertainty can leave you wondering if it was ignored or misunderstood. Rewriting the same message multiple times and second-guessing whether the tone is too harsh or too vague becomes a frustrating routine. Follow-ups pile up, trying to clarify what should have been clear the first time.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn strategies to write emails that are clear, professional, and easy to act on. Through exercises, feedback, and discussion, you’ll practice structuring messages for clarity, setting the right tone, and avoiding common email traps. You’ll leave with tools to write messages that inform, persuade, and solve problems more effectively.

By the end of this session, you’ll write emails that support better results. You’ll feel more confident knowing your messages are understood, your tone is appropriate, and your writing reflects your professional credibility.

The facilitator was fantastic! I thought a training session such as this would be very dry but she made it easy to learn about. I took away a lot of information from this training session.

Enjoyed her as a facilitator. She was very hands on and answered all the questions that were asked.
