Introduction to the Relational Skills for Success 
Learn about what Relational Skills are and how they apply to the workplace.

CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS:

Participants must complete the following to achieve the Certificate: 

  • Full participation in the two day in person course
  • Course pre-reading 
  • Self-directed learning 
  • Course homework
  • Exam (in class on day 2)

The concept of connection as currency fuels Jaime’s practice, and as a certified Skills for Success Workplace Practitioner and Relational Skills Trainer, she is passionate about helping organizations and teams thrive in our ever-changing world of work.

Jaime is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Canadian Positive Psychology Association (CPPA), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Master Certified Civility Trainer, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree of Professional Studies (MPS) in the Psychology of Leadership at Penn State University.

As a business owner of a commercial construction company and a psychology leadership expert, Jaime Mann is committed to growth and transformation – within herself, her companies and her community. This commitment is what led to her create The Amaryllis Project, a coaching and advisory firm focused on leadership development, and building better workplaces.

By teaching skills tied to the power of social intelligence and civility to improve team collaboration, employee engagement and productivity, Jaime’s clients have experienced the measurable impact of leadership as a mindset, and that each one of us has the power to influence and positively impact those we interact with.
