The Enneagram at Work:
Designed for leaders at any level, this half-day workshop invites you to deepen your self-awareness using your individual Enneagram assessment results.
Prior to the workshop, you’ll complete the Enneagram Compass assessment and receive your own type-specific report.
During the workshop, we’ll unpack the ways your type shows up in leadership – how it impacts your decision-making, your response to feedback, and your approach to challenge and change.
Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools, this session will help connect the dots between who you are and how you lead, making space for greater clarity, stronger relationships, and more intentional growth.
You’ll leave with:
- A 20-page Enneagram Compass report outlining your type’s core patterns, strengths, and challenges
- Clear insight into how your leadership style shows up under stress and in relationships
- Digital tools you can immediately apply in your workplace to support communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration
- Language and strategies to better understand and support the people you lead
- A deeper understanding of how self-awareness fuels strong, values-based leadership
