A major challenge for organizations today is developing and maintaining emplyoyee skills that contribute to industry performance and competitiveness. Continuous learning, using the Learning Organization model, plays a critical role in staff and department success.

Learning organizations integrate learning directly into all aspects of the organization through ongoing training and development.

The continuous development (and application) of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes results in improved product and/or service quality. The workplace culture supports learning and as a result, employees have a greater committment to their organization and to their work.

At this breakfast presentation, you will be introduced to:

  • The Learning Organization model.
  • A comparison between this model and the traditional learning model.
  • A method to assess your organization and take the first steps to become a learning organization.

This session is for supervisors, leaders, managers and individuals with responsibilities related to training and staff development.
