The Certificate in Change Management (CCM) has been specifically designed for managers and leaders who will be responsible for facilitating and supporting change. As the leader of change, you play an important role in the success or failure of the change initiative in your organization. This comprehensive program gives you the information and tools needed to navigate change successfully.

In this program, you will combine knowledge about effective leadership with the human and organizational dynamics of change. The integration of these key areas improves your skill, competence and confidence to create sustainable change
Using activities and case studies you will work through the change methodology and tools to learn how to structure a change initiative in your organization.

Receive The Living and Leading Change Leader's Guide with over 100 pages of information and techniques to help you facilitate change more successfully.

At this intensive, interactive program, explore:

  • Your role as both a leader and a recipient of change.
  • How to prepare and build change readiness.
  • How to gain laser-sharp clarity on the intended outcome of your change – and why you can’t be successful without it.
  • How to set up any change initiative for success and build the commitment needed to sustain the change.
  • How to use the DEAM© methodology to guide change activities.
  • How to create and implement an effective change management plan.
  • How to get the most from training during change.
  • How to identify and manage issues that arise in the latter stages of transition.
  • What you need to do to maintain change success and ensure that the organization doesn’t slide back into old ways.
