The Balanced Scorecard represents a proven tool to keep organizations focused on the right priorities. Once into the strategy execution phase, implementing a rigorous Plan-Do-Check-Adjust (P-D-C-A) is fundamental to keeping the organization pointed in the right direction.

This hands-on, interactive workshop will examine the concepts of strategy: planning, documenting, aligning and executing a strategic plan using the Balanced Scorecard. Hands-on exercises will help participants develop confidence to articulate strategy, develop a “sample” Balanced Scorecard, draw up a plan to achieve overall alignment, and maintain the organization’s focus on strategy execution.

This workshop is for managers who are called upon to develop strategic plans at any level of the organization, corporate, business unit, departmental.

Organizations will benefit from sending teams equipped with sufficient knowledge to participate meaningfully in the step-by-step development of a strategy applicable to their organization, completing the corresponding Balanced Scorecard, and drafting elements of a strategy implementation plan.

Facilitator: Daniel Perron, Owner of Daniel Perron & Associates, is a consultant and author. He is a strategic organizational transformation specialist with extensive experience in strategy development and execution, and in the design and implementation of customer-centric service streams and high performance business processes.
