Through an integrated approach, learn how specific elements of presence are key to your roles and relationships within your team, workplace, organization, and industry. By combining outer presence (behaviour, appearance) and inner presence (mindset, strengths, intention), you will discover a map to build greater trust, rapport and success with staff, colleagues, clients and industry partners.

In this program you will:

  • Define presence for your role / profession / industry.
  • Take an in-depth look at the eight elements of Presence.
  • Learn the importance of each element in your daily professional and personal life.
  • Study and learn the key strategies to help you apply each element.

This program is for all people of all ages and at all levels within an organization – from front line employees to top executives, along with entrepreneurs and others looking to enhance their professional development toolkitYou will be offered a way to awaken your ideal Presence and learn why this is important for your leadership style, your relationships and your success.

Facilitator: Christine Paquette, President of Bridge Dynamics, specializes in working with individuals, groups and companies through her Develop Your Ideal Presence© Program. Within this integrated approach, she trains clients in identifying the specific elements of Presence that are key for their roles and relationships within their organization and industry. Christine is a dynamic, inspiring, heart-centered professional with over 25 years experience as a successful business leader, entrepreneur, facilitator and coach. She has expertise in several sectors including public, private, commercial construction, environmental and not-for-profit. One of the 10 speakers at SHEday 2016, Christine is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, as well as a volunteer mentor with Futurpreneur Canada and Committee Chair with the YMCA Women of Distinction Awards.
