In today’s ever changing marketplace educated consumers have more choice and accessibility to products and services than ever before. To compete and stand out, organizations need innovative, business-minded employees who can generate ideas to win in the marketplace. Traditional “suggestion box” ideas often result in reams of poorly developed ideas that miss the mark.

It’s time to ditch suggestion box thinking! Learn how effective communication can help you get better ideas from your team and results that hit the mark

Highly effective teams rely on leaders to establish “what” needs to be accomplished and “why” it is a priority so that they can get to work determining how best to generate results.

In this workshop, leaders will focus on learning how to set a clear mission so their teams can align their thinking, suggestions, and efforts to achieve goals and targets.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Establish a clear mission as opposed to a clear direction for teams
  • Engage key people in mission development for cross-functional and strategic alignment
  • Use communication tools to clearly articulate project mission, goals and exploration areas
  • Define the parameters of a project to engage employees
