Learn how to build your path to greatness, in business or life, based on the Pyramid of Success created by legendary basketball coach John Wooden.

Simple yet timeless principles applied with consistency will deliver your best performance on a regular basis. As leaders you will also learn how to build in a culture of accountability as you look to make each day your masterpiece.
At this luncheon presentation you will:

  • Review the 15 building blocks of the Pyramid
  • Understand how the mortar links the five levels together
  • Learn how the pyramid can be used to help you as a leader
  • Understand the importance of your daily success in every part of your life

Presenter: Tim Kist, B Comm (Honours), CMC

Tim has a keen interest in human behaviour and the performance of people and organizations. He began his consulting career right after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon) degree. After nearly eight years he realized he needed to walk in the shoes of management to eventually become a better consultant. With twenty years in various marketing and sales leadership positions he had led teams, launched new products and services, suffered corporate bumps and bruises and learned a lot of valuable lessons. Six years ago he started his own management consulting firm. With each engagement he adds something from clients and colleagues that can be applied to the next improvement opportunity. Tim has also played and coached in two sports at the national level. This high level combination formed a personal foundation that he uses to fuel his best efforts and with those around him. Tim is also a huge fan of John Wooden’s approach to life building off the Pyramid of Success.

This session is presented by QNET in partnership with APICS Winnipeg Chapter and Manitoba Education and Training.
