Myers Briggs is the world's most widely used personality inventory to help us understand ourselves and others.

It is a key tool for leadership effectiveness.

"When used as a professional development tool for leaders, the impact of the MBTI assessment is visible almost immediately." Donna Draper, Vice President, IDE Management Group

Come alone, or bring your colleagues or team, to increase understanding and enhance communication.

At this workshop, you will acquire an understanding of Personality Types.

  • Learn to identify the different personality types and how to interact, influence and communicate effectively with each.
  • Get an assessment of your personality type based on the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) and develop action plans for increased effectiveness.
  • Determine your leadership style, the advantages, pitfalls and how to maximize your impact.
  • Review how MBTI can be used in your organization to improve communication, enhance team-building, and reduce conflict.
