Do you sometimes wonder about the new boundaries and if your actions and interpersonal exchanges fall within what’s now acceptable? With increasing diversity in our workplaces and the #MeToo movement, there is added complexity and sensitivity in all levels of workplace relationships.
This half day workshop will provide leaders with an opportunity to examine the new boundaries to preserve corporate reputation and reduce misunderstandings and potentially embarrassing episodes at work. It will explore questions such as: How do we hold each other accountable? Can we be challenging and respectful?

Joyce Odidison, MA, PCC, CTDP, President of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc., is a Conflict Analyst, Leadership Coach, Mediator, and Author, with 22 years of experience in Organizational Development. Joyce specializes in Workplace Interpersonal Wellness and Leadership Coaching. She has developed an internationally recognized (ICF) coach training certification program that has certified coaches in many Manitoba organizations and around the globe. Joyce is founder of the Global Workplace Wellness Summit, the world’s most comprehensive live and virtual summits on workplace wellness. Joyce brings a depth of knowledge, experience and skills to subject matter that will expand your thinking and build your skills in the topic areas.
