Do you sometimes wonder about the new boundaries in the workplace, and if your actions and interpersonal exchanges fall within what’s now acceptable?

With increasing diversity along with the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, there is added complexity and sensitivity in all levels of workplace relationships. How do we hold each other accountable? Can we be challenging and respectful?

This half day workshop will provide leaders with an opportunity to examine the new boundaries to preserve corporate reputation and reduce misunderstandings and potentially embarrassing episodes at work. It will explore questions such as: What is your corporate response to these changes? How do these changes affect your professional relationships at work?

This workshop will provide participants with the following:

  • Latest trends in workplace interpersonal relations
  • Acceptable ways to engage with colleagues and team members
  • What’s working now and what’s no longer acceptable
  • Skills to develop healthy conversations
  • Where to draw the line and reduce misunderstandings
  • How to re-negotiate the boundaries at work
