This new grant program allows eligible Manitoba businesses, non-profits and charities to access up to $2500 per employee to a maximum of $75,000 per company towards retraining and upskilling.

The Canada-Manitoba Job Grant is a cost-shared funding program that provides funding to employers to help cover training costs of new and existing employees to meet business needs, support the development of a highly skilled workforce, boost economic growth and increase employment opportunities across Manitoba.
The grant will contribute up to 75% of eligible training costs for small employers (up to 100 employees) and up to 50% for companies with 101 or more employees.
QNET is an approved third party trainer so all QNET courses and Manitoba's Conference for Leaders are eligible for this training grant.
