Great session, very good information to use in one’s professional and personal life.

So clear in the delivery of the message, provided life and professional examples that people can relate to.

Reminder that crucial conversation skills are developed and can be practiced.

I would be interested in next level of this..crucial accountability.. keep it coming!

Great facilitator, she delivers the course material in a great engaging way!

Now I can approach situations where I can listen attentively so I can actually HEAR the other person without scrambling to figure out how to respond. I liked being able to identify with the people in the videos and how to respond more effectively.

I use so much already from this course. Lots of good info and points how to approach, start and continue different types of conversations

My approach was basically to take it all in and observe. Now I can use the skills like asking more questions and staying calm to not only get my point across but to feel more “safe”.
