The best course I have attended so far. Practical and realistic course material.

It was a good add on to the crucial conversation course to focus on crucial conversations around accountability. In class practice was also good. I learnt how I could be adding to the problem of lack of accountability.

I plan to use this in both my work place and my home, having conversations and seeing the full picture is much easier now. Having positive consequences certainly helps to resolve things in both areas of my life.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, engages the entire group. Very professional and well spoken.

The material was very informative and was able to relate this to everyday life. This will certainly help with both a professional and a personal level.

The session has helped me equip myself with the right tools to hold myself and others accountable In a crucial conversation, and keeping the conversation safe throughout the course of the conversation.
